Workshop on Practical Creativity - 05 October 2019

This module explains a wide range of techniques you can use to come up with creative and imaginative solutions to the challenges you face. We start by showing you how to use three systematic approaches to creativity. Then we discuss some important lateral thinking-based approaches, including new takes on brainstorming, which can be used to come up with startling and original solutions to problems. And finally, we explain how to use two powerful and important problem-solving processes.
