Service Description

The Output of this assignment will be a “Procedure Manual” which clearly defines the responsibility matrix for operational executives, Measure of Success, KPIs, and Input & Output of the process. This method begins with a system study in the first stage and process evaluation and implementation in the second and third stage respectively. Our experts will identify Measures of Success (MOS) for benchmarking the success of implementation of process. Using Gap Analysis, the existing procedures will be studied against industry best practices. The gaps will be segregated into risk categories. On completion of the evaluation process a detailed procedure manual and an end-to-end gap analysis report for the expenditure process is prepared. The procedures manual will have evaluations and recommendations cited using flowcharts, procedures and responsibility matrix.
