Service Description

This is an advanced short intensive training program for business executives and top management staffs of business organizations. The program combines a series of 10 Workshop Modules formulated by our training experts. Each module under this program, covers important concepts and areas of organizational management that are extremely useful for the practicing, Board of Directors (BODs), Chief Executive Officers (CEOs), and Heads of Departments (HODs). These workshops are designed to achieve learning outcomes equivalent to Postgraduate Level understanding of the taught concepts and subject areas covered under each module.
